Classifying Felony Charges

• Class F: Includes many marijuana crimes and fraud crimes, with penalties including jail time of up to four years
• Class G: Includes cases of domestic violence, and can result in penalties of up to two years in jail
• Class H: Includes some fraud crimes, such as using a stolen ID card, and penalties can range from jail time to probation
